Responsible, purposeful, persistent in completing assigned tasks, organizational skills, ability to work with people, in a team, non-conflict.
From 1987-2000 – worked as a mechanical engineer, section chief.
From 2000 till now I take active part in scientific research work and projects which develop technologies for the purpose of obtaining a standard commercial product from waste from processing and metallurgical production.
2007-2012 - worked at COMPA LLC (Dnepropetrovsk), was involved in the modernization and improvement of shaft furnaces (“Vagranka”, “Minidomna”), these furnaces were used for processing ore and metallurgical waste in order to obtain pigment, foundry and gray cast iron and metallurgical blanks.
2015-2019 – was directly involved in the construction and bringing to design capacity of a shop for the production of limiting and foundry cast iron (Zaporozhye), was foreman.
In 2018, was engaged in research work on the development of technology for processing ash and slag waste from CHP.
In 2019, with my active participation, a shaft furnace was developed to produce steel from the original iron ore, bypassing the stage of cast iron production. This furnace can operate on coal production waste. The efficiency of this furnace model is 35-40%.
I am ready to provide you with the technological process for producing steel from iron ore, bypassing the process of obtaining cast iron:
We have developed a mining ore recovery furnace to produce steel in one process stage leaving out the cast iron production.
This furnace has several important benefits:
uses fine graine wastes of coal and carbon black, with fraction from 0.07 and less;
high metal recovery;
high productivity;
fore-hearth is heated from 1600 to 1750 ° C, which allows to process huge range of high-melting point metal.
Except the production of steel this oven can be used for ferrous alloy.
