- Arranged for timely introduction of changes to the developed estimating worksheets, as well as keep them up to date
- Took part in the development and organisation of measures to improve the design and process activities in order to
enhance productivity, reduce costs and eliminate inconsistencies
- Participated in the selection of employees of the technical estimating group, make sure they are suitably arranged and
arrange for training. Ensured that their subordinates get balanced workload

- Developed and implemented estimating worksheets, processes and lists of materials in the Oracle Database for
products manufactured by shipyard including production, installation and maintenance processes
- Participated in the development and implementation of technically sound time standards for various types of work
performed in workshops based on the use of intersectoral, sector-related and other progressive time standards
- Participated in the development and implementation of local standards calculated on the basis of technical data on the
equipment performance, the results of an analysis of the cost of labour hours when applying the most productive working
techniques and methods. Participated in the development of aggregated time standards
- Entered time standards into the directory of the automated system for design and technological preparation of
production using SQL. Tested and deployed automated calculation of labour intensity for work related to the manufacture
and installation of systems and pipes, installation of equipment
