Privacy policy

1. Scope of application

1.1. Personal data of individuals-users of Flagma.se service is processed by Individual Entrepreneur A.A. Rylskyi, registered in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, located at 60/5 Lomonosov St., Apt. 126, Kiev, Ukraine, 03189 (hereinafter referred to as the Administration). The Administration is the owner and the manager of the Flagma.se User Database .

1.2. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) describes the procedure established by the Administration for the processing of personal data collected via Flagma.se (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

The Administration processes personal data of users exclusively within the framework of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” and the Convention for the Protection of Persons in connection with the automated processing of personal data.

This Policy was developed in accordance with the aforementioned legislation.

1.3. Using the Flagma.se website, the User automatically gives the Administration consent to the processing of their personal data (including, but not limited to):

  • username;
  • region of residence;
  • email-address;
  • contact phone no.;
  • IP-address;
  • messages, letters, statements transmitted to the user by other users and vice versa;
  • other contact information provided by the User during the use of the Site.

The User consents to the transfer of their personal data to third parties, including the transfer of personal data abroad, to any third country in accordance with this Policy and with the Flagma.se User Agreement.

1.4. The User is aware that when clicking on the links located on the Website, the User may be redirected to another website. In this case, information about Users is collected outside the direct control of the Administration.

In this case, privacy personal data will be governed by those sites.

2. Information collected, received and posted by administration

2.1. Personal Account Information.

When the User creates a personal account on the Site, the Administration may request a valid email address and a password.

Personal account includes geographic location information, full name, telephone number and related information, including photographs that the User can upload to his personal account.

When the Users contact the Administration, it is possible - within the framework of the Site’s operations - to collect information that is necessary for responding to the inquiry, including personal information.

The Administration may also contact the User using the contact information provided by the User for this purpose.

2.4. Information obtained as a result of surveys.

The Administration can collect and store information that is obtained as a result of surveys, which can be conducted either directly by the Administration or by third parties involved.

2.5. Information available from the user profiles in multiplayer Internet platforms (social networks).

By registering on the Site or entering the site using social network authentication services, the User grants the Administration consent to the collection and processing of information available from the corresponding profiles in social networks, as well as publishing information concerning User’s actions on the Website in corresponding social networks.

3. IP addresses, cookies and mobile Identifiers

3.1. As part of the activities of its site, the Administration may collect certain information using such technologies as cookies, pixels, and local storage (in your browser).

3.2. COOKIES is a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on a computer or user's mobile device.

3.3. Pixels are small digital images that are a part of the codes on web pages that allow another server to measure the visibility of a web page, and are often used in combination with cookies.

3.4. Whenever you try to open the page of the corresponding site, the browser forwards this data fragment to the web server as a part of the HTTP request. It is used to save data on the user's side. Used for: user authentication; storing personal preferences and user preferences; monitoring the status of user access session; keeping statistics concerning users.

3.5.The Administration may allow third parties to collect information on the Website’s web page. The data they collect is subject to protection under the current privacy policies of these third parties.

4. Use of personal data and information exchange

4.1. The administration may use information posted by Users on the Website to:

  • create, control and blocking of User accounts;
  • resolve technical issues at the request of a User;
  • analyze the activity and User data;
  • Website promotion.

4.2.The storage period for the information specified in clause 4.1. is determined by the Administration.

4.3.The Administration has the right to provide information to third parties, both affiliated with the Administration and outside third parties.

4.4. Personal information of Users is provided to affiliated third parties. Non-affiliated third parties shall be provided personal information with the permission of the User.

4.5. The Administration reserves the right, in accordance with the requirements of the law, to exchange information, incl. personal data, with the government/law enforcement bodies for the following purposes:

  • combat fraud and abuse on the Site;
  • investigations of alleged violations of the law and the User Agreement.

5. User control of their personal data

The User has the right to enter their personal data when creating a personal account, change it, and also delete it. The user is responsible for the accuracy of their personal data listed on the Site. If a User’s personal account is created via social networks, the Administration receives access to such data. Deletion of a user's account and personal data is performed manually in the corresponding section of the user's cabinet. In case of problems, the user can request the deletion of the account and their personal data by emailing support@flagma.se.

6. Changes to this policy

6.1. The Administration has the right to change the text of this Agreement unilaterally. The new edition of the Policy comes into force from the moment of its posting on the Site.

6.2. Use of the Site shall automatically mean acceptance of the new edition of the Policy. If the User does not agree with the Policy in whole or in part, the User is obliged to leave the Site.
